Apartamentai, skirti tik nakvynei.

Labai patogi vieta, šalia senamiesčio. Arti autobusų sustojimas, maisto prekių parduotuvės.

Buto įranga gana skurdi. Jei apsistoji ilgesnį laiką , nėra galimybės gauti švarius rankšluoščius. Visa buto įranga labai minimali, tik būtini daiktai. Šis butas nėra pritaikytas komfortiškam poilsiui.

Si può fare di meglio.

La posizione, abbastanza comoda per il centro.

Ho pensato a lungo se scrivere questa recensione, perché solitamente non mi piace fare polemica né criticare il lavoro altrui. Tuttavia, a fronte di alcuni episodi e soprattutto della risposta che mi è stata data, ho deciso di procedere. La casa di per sé sarebbe carina e in una buona posizione, ma questi sono stati gli inconvenienti che abbiamo riscontrato nel nostro soggiorno di 4 notti: 1. Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in bagno. 2. La casa non disponeva di alcun prodotto per le pulizie ( sapone per i piatti, sgrassatore per le superfici della cucina, ecc). 3. L’ultimo giorno ben un’ora prima del check out ( che avevamo segnalato online come richiesto) siamo stati sorpresi dal tentativo del team delle pulizie di irrompere in casa. Dopo quest’ultimo episodio ho scritto un messaggio tramite Booking, informando lo staff che avevamo lasciato la casa e facendo notare queste criticità. Specificavo, inoltre, che mi sembrava piuttosto contrastante che, a fronte di ciò, l’agenzia che gestisce l’appartamento richiedesse una caparra di 200 euro e che avesse posto una forte attenzione sulla necessità di smaltire tutti i rifiuti pena la trattenuta di 100 euro: insomma tanto rigore richiesto, ma meno precisione offerta. Dopo due giorni ho ricevuto la risposta dell’agenzia che, pur scusandosi, a queste mie rimostranze ha risposto nell’ordine: 1. È caldo non è colpa nostra se ci sono gli scarafaggi. 2. È un contratto di locazione, non è obbligatorio da regolamento fornire i prodotti per pulire. 3. Il team delle pulizie si è sbagliato, sono esseri umani. Infine concludevano con una paternale sull’importanza della raccolta differenziata e delle virtù del comune di Alghero primo nel rispettare queste regolamentazioni.

La proximité de la plage(malheureusement il y avait plein d algues) de la ville et de la supérette en face.

Il manquait un tire bouchon et l odeur dans la salle de bain, sinon l appartement est bien équipé
