Terrible even with a "DELUXE SUITE"

The room's aesthetic and the location

A lot of things I dislike during my stay, first of the first night I come, the night staff was rude and unwelcoming, she gave me a room that was super unsanitary and dirty, the shower head on the bathtub was not usuable, she then made up excuse of "it's supposed to be that way because most of the people that live there don't need to use it, so we don't fix it", the door lock was also broken, overall it was a terrible room, it was dirty and dust everywhere, luckily she did help me move to room 101 that was better than previous, but it was still dirty and remotes on the TV and the AC weren't usuable because of the battery, I was also trying to address this to the staff but she tried it once and it worked and then she told me I wasn't pay attention enough, luckily I was able to fix it due to finding a spare battery lying around near the fridge, the next day came and I was also informed that my booking was canceled because one of the other staff thought I booked 23-24, while on my booking CLEARLY stated that I booked from 23-25 and she demanded me to extend another day until I showed her my booking and her excel file saying I booked from 23-25, overall it was one of the worst experience for me, and I was in the supposedly "DELUXE SUITE" room, would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Great spot but if you need a bus ride dont do it. Too much traffic.

The easy access to food and shops was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good and spaceful.

In front of a major highway and no way to get an easy taxi ride anywhere cause of heavy traffic. Missed my bus cause of it. Had to buy a brand new ticket losing the money on the first. The key card worked when it wanted to. Opened the door great but couldn't keep the lights on in the room. Had to get another one but the staff was very understanding about it.

Okay

It was convenient near the airport

They cancelled our booking and this was not communicated to us but we just asked to pay for a room on the spot and they agreed as we needed somewhere after a long flight
