Pleasant and comfortable stay, good location, highly recommended

Good location, quick response from staff, well equipped

Elevator is old, sink in the bathroom is not deep enough

Lovely and comfortable stay. Great location!

We stayed for five nights as a family of four and really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and furnished to a great standard. The location is excellent in terms of public transport connections and access to restaurants and cafes. We had some very useful advice and support from Ani (very accessible and approachable) both around car parking, airport taxi and sightseeing. The access was convenient through a key box key. We will highly recommend.

All was great, nothing really! The access staircase and lift feels a bit old, quite a contrast to the apartment but it’s not really a problem as everything works and is accessible and safe.

Thank you for making our stay in Bulgaria so pleasant and lovely.

This is, so far, the best apartment we have rented in this area over the last four years. The place is like a 5-star hotel, with room service - from the bed sheets to the fresh, clean towels, and tissues by the bedside. The kitchen has everything you need to put together a supper or a simple salad, and meet and greet your guests or friends from Sofia, and have a nice glass of Bulgarian wine. There is even a wine decanter with a set of glasses. There is a nice coffee machine to make a strong coffee in the morning, and the host provided more than enough coffee supply for two people. Sugar and coffee cream, as well as salt, pepper, and other condiments, were also offered. The cozy balcony offers a perfect view of Vitosha Mountain, with Cherni Vryh, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. In the bedrooms, each side has its own night lamp, which gives the place a feeling of home. A large walk-in closet is an excellent addition for storing suitcases and organizing your clothes. In the bathroom, we found a set of toiletries, including hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, all with a delightful aroma, so we didn't have to worry about carrying them with us. The location of the place couldn't be any better; everything a tourist can ask for - subway stations, tramways, and bus/trolley stations, grocery stores, street food, etc.- is right on the corner of the building. And a personal touch from the host was a few croissants left for us on the table. We are in love with this place. Thank you very much for the great hospitality.

Maybe an extra power cord extension, but not necessarily.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! We’d definitely stay here again.

It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was great – very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The self check-in was super easy, which made things really convenient, especially since we arrived late. The location was perfect too – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.
