Fantastic overall facility. Nice pool, gym, rooftop bar.

The hotel and the service were amazing. Stayed for 5 nights but easily could have been longer. Staff were super courteous and nice, food portions are really large - I felt it exceeded value for money.
The AC system could be better…got quite warm at night; unsure if it’s from heavy bedding or just needed a bit more cooling.

Wonderfull stay, very kind staff. The design is somehow unique & attractive.
Rooms were comfortable and had all necessary equipment.
My next stay in Kigali will be again in Zaria Court.
The buffet for dinner & breakfast were slightly limited and could have some more variety. A la carte was also limited. Luckily plenty of nice restaurant options within Kigali.

The location and the community formed around the sports bar
Unfortunately, there were a number of things that we didnt like:
1. We booked a superior king room which turned out to be smaller than expected
2. Room service menu was very limited and the food quality was way below standard
3. While I would like to give special thanks to Cedric and Letitia for their friendliness and helpfulness - I found Jeannette at reception rather unfriendly and inefficient at her job.
4. The pillows in the room were terribly uncomfortable which unfortunately affected our sleep every night of our stay
