Too expensive for what it offers

Location is great, very close to the beach. You cannot hear restaurants or music and not a lot of people walk down this street. There is a large water heater in the bathroom. Staff was ok.

Given that the stay was expensive compared to other apartments in the area (170 eur per night) I would've expected it to not have these issues. The kitchen chairs you can barely sit on because they are uncomfortable, they're literally the cheapest plastic chairs. The shower curtain is in terrible condition and sticks to you plus it can't be pulled all the way so you wet the bathroom entirely (in one of the pictures the curtain is pulled as far as it goes). The entire bathroom doesnt look or feel clean .The shower gel on the wall was empty. The bathroom door is short and there is at least a 5cm gap between the floor and the door, I hope you are very close with the people you're staying with. The curtains in the apartment don't block the next-door hotel's very bright blue lights that are 2 meters away from the windows so it looks like it's still daytime the entire night, I know you can't turn those off but at least invest in blackout curtains. The current pictures on Booking don't reflect this, as the hotel didn't exist yet when the pictures were taken. The curtain in the kitchen is see-through, and the main bedroom curtain doesnt cover the window fully (too short) so you are forced to look at the neighbours in the next-door hotel while they hang out on their terrace and you are lying in bed, it felt like privacy was missing there (we put up a towel to cover the gap, visible in one of the pictures). There is a single nightstand for 2 double beds and it is not in the main bedroom, so you put your charging phone, water, etc. on the floor. Only one room has lamps (2 of them, and only one works). Only one bedroom has AC (the one with the very short curtain and no nightstand). There is also no bug nets on any of the windows so you cant sleep with an open window. There was no coffee and no ice tray/bags to make ice. Electric kettle was full of limescale.

Staff is not competent and responsive.

Two rooms with good beds!

Location generally is good! But nearest hotel is too close and noisy with people and air conditioning systems.

It was an ideal place for our family vacation.

Perfect location, close to the beach and public parking, clean, with everything we needed for our stay.
