The breakfast was in a lovely cafe below the hotel, vast choice of food, good timings and very accomodating staff.
The staff in the hotel were very helpful before and during our stay, with recommendations, local delicacy tasting and answering our questions. They were happy to let us leave our luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out.
Excellent location for exploring Lisbon.
The modern, well equipped rooms are painted dark grey with maroon ceilings with soft lighting, so very dark and gloomy. Lighter colour decor would be so much nicer.
A kettle would be better than a coffee machine so guests could have the choice of hot drinks other than expresso coffee.

Loved my stay, the staff couldn’t be any more accommodating. I was only staying for a single night while running the Lisbon marathon and they helped me navigate the city and work around my run.

The location was great, but the customer service was even better. Thanks to Stephany and Loraine for making our stay exceptional.
The room was relatively small, and it was necessary to walk up a flight of stairs to get to reception. It was the excellent staff that made the stay worthwhile.
