The communication was smooth. I have got detailed instructions via Whatsapp and the key was in the reception as we agreed.
The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, there was 4 liters of bottled water as complementary too.
The location is a bit far away from the center, although there is a bus stop next to the apartment. The bus brings you to the city center in around 40 minutes.
The beach is really close (3 minutes), the grocery store is around 15-20 minutes walk.
If you like cats this is your place, a beautiful big white cat visited us every day (from the balcony).
There is a gym what you can use. For basic training it is more than enough.
Overall it is a good place to stay if you do not want to be in the city center.
There is a need for some renovation in the apartment, especially the wall sockets, Sometimes there is musty smell in the apartment, I beleive due to the humidity.
You need to pay a deposit to use the pool (only cash).

A kind and helpful hostess! The appartment had very comfortable beds and all appliances available. It has an excellent location near the beach. You can take the bus just around the corner or walk 20mins for the Metro to go to the centre of Valencia.
If you like cats, you will find yourself a new furry friend who likes to come visit.
We had a small concern about the electrical wiring / lighting. If you are allergic to cats, make sure to close the terracedoor incase the furry neighbour visits!
