Going up to the first floor , a welcoming living area opens up , furnished with care: the protagonist is a two-seater sofa with a unique style, suspended between ancient and modern , in a pleasant blue tone that recalls the waters of the lagoon. According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
