The enclosed garden lets you enjoy sunny days in complete peace of mind, while the children play safely. And for moments of relaxation, settle into the inflatable hot tub. Ideally situated among vineyards, historic sites, and nature, this cottage is the perfect base for exploring the region: Clairvaux Abbey, Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, Champagne cellars, lakes, and Nigloland... On the first floor, there is a spacious living area with a living room, dining area, kitchen, fireplace, 1 double bedroom (with a baby crib), bathroom (shower + bathtub), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a playroom on the mezzanine level, 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom, all with air conditioning (portable units). Outside, you’ll enjoy a terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue; a garden with lounge chairs and children’s play equipment; and a courtyard with an inflatable hot tub (available for free use).
