About this house rental
Le rayon vert is a semi-detached fisherman's house, dating from the 18th century, recently renovated, which can accommodate 4 people on an area of 60 square meters. It is located in the commune of Cosqueville in the Val-de-Saire. You will have access to the beach of Vicq which is 450 meters away and which can be accessed either by a small path in less than 5 minutes or by road in 2 minutes.
The accommodation
you will find upstairs two bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed, dresser and storage cupboard, bedside tables and light fixtures.
The second with two single beds with bedside tables, light fixtures and cupboard.
On the first floor: an independent and equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker and nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher.
A living room with fireplace and a sofa bed (2 people).
A bathroom with shower.
Separate toilets.
A plot of 300 square meters with various annexes
And everything you need to enjoy the sunny days (2 sun loungers, glass table with 6 chairs, barbecue, washing machine, ironing etc...)
We provide bed linen that is placed on the beds. We also provide towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker, a multifunction oven, a microwave, an induction hob. a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer.
A room with washing machine and ironing facilities is at your disposal
Housekeeping must be ensured before your departure. However, if you do not wish to pay this charge, we offer a cleaning fee at a rate of 45 euros
