This beautiful cottage in the village is ready to welcome you for your well-deserved vacation in the stunning Salento region. It’s a brand-new cottage of about 200 square meters, very cool in the summer, and ideal for families or groups of friends. It comfortably accommodates up to 7 people and features two bedrooms with double beds, plus a single bed in each room, a one-and-a-half-seater sofa, and another single bed.It’s fully equipped, offering: a dishwasher, a washing machine, a brand-new kitchenette, a sofa, mosquito screens, three TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a small terrace with a stone barbecue where you can grill and dine while watching TV peacefully outdoors; it also features a grill and an outdoor kitchen... In addition, there’s a small courtyard out front with sofas where you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation, and it also features an outdoor shower. The nearest sea is only 3 km away, and in 5 minutes by car you’ll reach the first stretch of beach in Santa Maria di Leuca, while in just a quarter of an hour you can reach all the sandy beaches, including the world-famous Maldive del Salento. Thanks to its strategic location, the other most famous coastal towns—such as Castro, Otranto, and even the beautiful Gallipoli. Within walking distance of the house, you’ll find various supermarkets, a post office, fish markets, and tobacco shops, and the town center is just a few minutes’ walk away—perfect for attending any festivals or local events.
