Our new 75 m² vacation rental (non-smoking) is located on the 2nd floor of our house. It features a bedroom with two box-spring beds, a cozy corner, and a large TV; a second bedroom with two box-spring beds and a desk; and a kitchen-living room with a TV. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, and for babies, a toilet seat riser and potty. Towels, bed linens, a crib, and a high chair are provided. Breakfast available upon request; pets allowed upon request; 1 bottle of water and fruit as a welcome gift.

Pets (dogs) allowed only upon request (contact the landlord directly); cost between 10–20 € per day/dog. For bicycles and motorcycles, a repair corner with tools, a washing area with a high-pressure washer, and a drying room are available. A garage and covered parking spaces are available; a lawn for sunbathing, a seating area, and a barbecue area for evening barbecues are available for use. You can also take advantage of our in-house physical therapy services—for both public health insurance and private patients. Appointments by arrangement.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
