About this villa rental
Located on the heights of the Hamlet of Cap Esterel between the Mediterranean and the Esterel massif, our house offers a calm and peaceful environment, and will reveal its charming asset: its location facing the Ile d'Or, and its incredible 180-degree sea view.
On site, you benefit from an ideal location:
A private residential complex secured by an access code
Access to the Village Pierre et Vacances de Cap Esterel, its shops and restaurants, 10 minutes walk by the road that crosses the hamlet.
A small train also takes you there, as well as to the nearby beaches. It runs from mid-June to mid-September every 30 minutes.
You will enjoy unlimited access to the 5 swimming pools, sports activities and entertainment organised by the Village. This is included in the rental service.
Other activities are offered on the estate: golf, tennis, padel, horse riding, circus school, children's clubs, mini-golf – at your own expense directly within the Village.PGJyPgPGJyPg
10 minutes walk from the Port du Poussaï and its creeks.
5 minutes by car from Agay or 15 minutes from the centre of Saint Raphaël and its beaches. The possibility of getting there by bus.
The accommodation, accessible by a few steps, is a nice house that consists of a first floor and 1 floor.
On the first floor, you will find the air-conditioned living room:
The fitted kitchen, the living room (sofa, armchair, TV), the dining room with a large table.
