About this apartment rental
A quiet, cozy vacation rental on the first floor of our historic half-timbered house in a small village in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. It features a living room with a separate sleeping area for 2 people and an optional bedroom with 2 extra beds, as well as a kitchen and bathroom.
- Well-known rock formations and hiking trails are very easily accessible. Bus service is available in the village.
We, as your hosts, live on the first floor of the house and are happy to be available to assist you during your stay. We have two small, friendly dogs living with us.
- Please expect limited cell phone reception, depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is available with low download speeds. Streaming movies via Wi-Fi is not possible.
- On the day of arrival, a guest tax for the municipality of Struppen must be paid on-site. €2.80 per adult per day and €2.00 per child aged 7 and older per day. You must also fill out the guest card.
The guest card includes free use of VVO public transportation, including ferries and the Kirnitschtalbahn, within the fare zones of Saxon Switzerland.
- For each baby or toddler, a one-time fee of 20 € per stay is payable for the provision of a crib, bedding, towels, high chair, baby bathtub, and toilet seat.
- Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
- The windowsills in the kitchen and bathroom are not to be used as storage surfaces.
- We perform a light cleaning, including trash removal, every two days.
- The courtyard gates and front door must be kept locked at all times.
- When leaving the vacation rental, please close all windows and the balcony door.
