Nestled among oak forests and flower-filled meadows, the cottage is an exclusive retreat, ideal for leaving the stress of city life behind. An authentic and peaceful place, perfect for those seeking a rejuvenating break and wishing to reconnect with nature and the slow pace of life, far from the mass tourism of the coast. Here, time seems to slow down.....
Located at an elevation of 600 meters in the Upper Valmarecchia, in the heart of Montefeltro—a historic borderland between Romagna, Tuscany, and the Marche—it enjoys a strategic location that makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area and visiting some of Italy’s most charming medieval villages, such as Sant’Agata Feltria, Pennabilli, San Leo, Talamello, and the Republic of San Marino....
Owned by our family for generations, the home features a cozy living room with a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, books, and board games; a fully equipped kitchen; two spacious bedrooms; a bathroom; and a convenient laundry area stocked with all the essentials.
Outside, the property features over 5,000 square meters of private garden and a large panoramic terrace furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a dining table for pleasant moments outdoors, as well as a vegetable garden where guests can harvest and enjoy the produce of the land. The farmhouse is easily accessible by car, motorcycle, or bicycle; a private garage is also available for motorcyclists and cyclists.
All major amenities (supermarket, gas station, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, etc.) are just a few minutes’ drive away.
The area offers endless opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking and mountain biking trails, rock faces for sport climbing, a skypark, an ecopark, swimming pools, and picturesque river spots with crystal-clear waters, frequented mainly by locals.

The holiday in the Emilia Romagna region was very beautiful. The landscape, the small mountain villages are well worth seeing. The domicile was clean and lovingly furnished. The host and her family were very nice, caring and available at any time. The only thing that wasn't so ideal , is the location of the domicile. The distances to the beach and larger tourist cities are very long. It was a 1 hour drive to Rimini and 2.5 hours to Florence.
