Riesen Zimmer, jacuzzi auf dem Balkon Mega, Personal super bemüht, durften nach checkout noch am Strand bleiben und haben Strandhandtücher und Duschhandtücher bekommen.

Room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, with stunning views of the coast. Star of the show was the open air jacuzzi on our balcony - watched some incredible sunsets from there. Complimentary drinks between 3 and 7pm was a nice touch. The breakfast options were limited, but all high quality and enough to get us started for the day. Good base for exploring Okinawa (providing you have a car).
You really need a car. Enough restaurants on your doorstep to do for a few nights but we would have felt quite restricted if we hadn’t hired one and getting around the island would have been difficult.

Spacious rooms, big bathrooms, jacuzzi on the balcony, but be sure to choose ocean front rooms. Cocktail hour at 3-8 pm every day. Nice view from the balcony but only partially, as there is an industrial port to the left. Private beach but swimmable only during the high tides (around 9 am). Restaurant only offers limited breakfasts, nearby restaurants are basic and not traditional Japanese. A big supermarket and a 7/11 a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The pool is nice but can feel small more than one family, only two chaise longue provided. Be mindful, the hotel is located in a remote area. We tried exploring the surroundings as we like staying in local areas but the streets were very basic, even dirty, lacking any local charm.
The property feels outdated and uncared for. It definitely did not feel as other 9/10 properties on Booking we tried. Breakfast is very limited to a corn soup and a few muffins, filtered coffee and juices, so we had to go to the nearby supermarket. No other meals are offered. More lounge chairs at the pool area could be a good addition. And not sure why but no lounge chairs were provided at the beach, or perhaps not customary in Japan (?). We were in the room during the house keeping hours and no one asked us if we wanted our room cleaned at a different hour, thus it wasn't cleaned for 2 days and we did not bother asking the staff due to language barrier/general awkwardness interacting with them.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und nett und hat zu jeder Zeit ihr bestes gegeben. Die kostenlosen Getränke zwischen 15-20 Uhr sowie die Auswahl waren reichlich. Das angebotene kostenlose Frühstück ist in der Auswahl beschränkt, aber eine nette Geste.
Das gesamte Personal spricht nahezu kein Englisch, sodass sich eine Konversation größtenteils sehr schwierig gestaltet hat.
Das Hotel selbst wirkt alt, auch wenn es an verschiedenen Stellen - teilweise nur dürftig - renoviert wurde. Das Erdgeschoss, in dem sich auch der Pool befindet, ähnelt eher einer kleinen Baustelle. Hier standen tageweise Werkzeug und Kartons auf dem Flur herum, die Wände schimmeln. Einige Räume stehen leer (so offenbar auch der Fitnessraum). Der Pool selbst ist alt und wirkt auch so.
Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist schön, aber auch hier fehlt ein wenig der Blick fürs Detail. Die Tische waren zum Teil dreckig und wurden während unseres Aufenthalts offenbar nicht einmal abgewischt.
