Like-new vacation apartments with breathtaking views of the Achental Valley, modern and tasteful furnishings, attractive bathrooms, and high-quality electronics, including TV, DVD, and hi-fi systems for the living room and bedroom (1 child). Spacious balconies with panoramic views. Relax in complete tranquility and enjoy numerous outdoor activities right on your doorstep.
We have 2 vacation apartments (AlpenKastl, 40 sqm, and AchenKastl, 40 sqm). You can book one apartment at a time, or both if needed (80 sqm). In that case, you can use the connecting door between the apartments.
This ideal combination is perfect for two families or a single family needing more space. The connecting door with a small hallway is soundproofed, ensuring peace and relaxation in each apartment.
Each apartment features a bathroom, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and, of course, a modern bathroom and a large balcony with stunning views.

A like-new vacation apartment with a breathtaking view of the Achental valley. The apartment features a separate bedroom/children’s room with TV/DVD/hi-fi, as well as Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room, featuring a high-quality built-in kitchen and a bench-style dining area, includes an excellent sleeper sofa with a slatted frame, as well as a TV, DVD player, and hi-fi system. A modern bathroom with a full-glass shower and a towel dryer leaves nothing to be desired. From the spacious balcony with a corner bench, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains and the ski slope at Hoch-Kössen.
Schleching—mountaineering villages—offer numerous trails for hikers, climbers, runners, and cyclists. Rafting on the Tiroler Ache, paragliding and gliding, mountain biking, road cycling, swimming lakes, motorcycle and convertible tours, or sailing on Lake Chiemsee. Just 2 km from the Austrian border, you’ll find everything you need in winter—including skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing.
