All windows on the first floor and all large windows in the bedrooms have exterior blinds for sun and heat protection. The entire living/kitchen area has underfloor heating.

Baltic Sea beach: Just 600 meters away lies the Baltic Sea beach between the seaside resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn. The popular Teufelsschlucht gorge on the Baltic Sea coast is 1 km away. The resort’s location between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar (34 km) and Rostock (40 km) makes it a perfect starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea region.

A sunny, secluded south-facing terrace with a grill, comfortable patio furniture, and a parasol invites you to relax and unwind. Fully fenced property.
