Ok, if everything goes well

Its good price value if everything goes as planned.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I was disappointed by the room allocation process. For the first night, I was placed in a different room than the one I had originally booked and was only informed of this change after the official check-in time. When it came time to move to the booked room, the procedure was not communicated clearly. I had to ask several follow-up questions before I understood how the transfer would work, which made planning my day unnecessarily complicated. I felt I needed to repeatedly confirm that my belongings would be moved securely and that everything was being handled properly while I was away. I was also informed that I would receive compensation for the inconvenience, but so far I have not received any information or follow-up regarding this. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that I later saw that the room I had originally booked appeared to be available apart from a couple of kids toys laying around (because I read the reallocation too late since it came after check-in time). This made the explanation that the change was necessary due to renovations (only provided once I asked) difficult to understand. While the staff were generally friendly, clearer communication and better handling of the room change would have significantly improved the experience and reliability. Also its said that facilities are cleaned twice a day but if the dirty towel is laying in the same spot still on the second day I am not convinced.

Worth for money amazing (little downside of shared facilities)

I loved the system of check in, it was all handled online/sms with all information provided the codes for all entrances ready no need to handle with keys only layer on the the last part to get to our room. The place was 5 minutes away from the bus/tram stop which was amazing as we were able to see more of the town that way. The breakfast system was minimalistic but satisfactory.

The facilities were nice the bathroom clean but the shower little small with the plastic shower curtain sticking on the person little difficult, the water pressure was not the greatest but enough to get clean, a simple shower mat would be nice as some other guests (as the bathroom and toilets are shared) left a large puddles making the floor and shoes wet, spreading it unintentionally to the hall and our rooms. As the facilities were cleaned twice a day was nice some guest don't know how to clean after themselves, a little reminder for them would be nice for the calm minds of the others as its a shared space. We also experience some guest being loud at night in the shared hall but that can't really be controlled.
