Lovely apartment great views from balcony very clean and modern inside. Good supply of towels provided walk-in shower had great water pressure. Comfy king sized bed. Great location for exploring the area short journey to Marina
Only slight downside was chairs on balcony were not comfortable to sit on for any length of time a couple of folding chairs would’ve made it much more comfortable for sitting on the balcony enjoying the view

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, but there was one disappointing aspect which was the ant problem inside the apartment which I explain more about further down. That said location is ideal, the Air Conditioners in the living area and bedroom were a lifesaver, the outdoor pools were great and we felt very safe in the complex, but the highlight has to be the balcony with the amazing views.
There appears to be an Ant infestation coming from the bathroom and balcony area. From the very first day we could see a lot of ants in the bathroom and eventually saw a couple in the living room area and bedroom. The balcony area we didnt mind as much as it was outside. There was a bottle of bug spray under the kitchen sink so I sprayed a bit over the area where they appeared to be coming from and while it helped the situation they never fully went away. That is where the property falls down.

The location and the terrace with the sea view are excellent, and those are the main strengths of this apartment. However, the overall condition and cleanliness were well below our expectations.
I am Genius level 3 and traveled in Spain for summer vacation in Tenerife, Alicante, Valencia, Catalunya, Mallorca, etc. We wanted to see also Costa del Sol.
I have to say it’s my first time not leaving a rating of 9 or 10 after our stay.
I was tricked by the positive reviews while booking this apartment.
Overall, we were disappointed considering the price of more than €200 per night.
It felt like paying premium for a LOW COST
The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The floors were dirty, the sofa bed where our children slept had visible stains, several dishes were not clean, and many doors and surfaces were dirty. The interior doors also squeaked loudly.
The kitchen is very poorly equipped for a family staying several days. We were also not provided with the access key to the beach through the complex, which made access much less convenient. All the other tourists were getting the tags for the beach entrance/exit.
Parking is another major issue in July. Finding a space, either inside the complex or on the surrounding streets, was extremely difficult. You will only find parking near the upper side of the park. Which is around 10 to 15 min walking distance.
We contacted the management company about these issues, but only received a generic apology without any meaningful follow-up or solution.
This apartment has great potential because of its location and beautiful terrace, but for this price the cleanliness, maintenance and overall quality should be much better. Unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing.
