How would you feel about a dead cockroach on the underside of your pillow?

There is no breakfast offered. The apartment itself has no windows and no view. It is a run down, completely broken-down stuffy "room" - which was probably some sort of cellar full of garbage. See pictures.

This was the worst studio/apt rental we have experienced ever in our lives. I usually never leave reviews, but this one deserves a warning: 1) We woke up in bed and upon turning pillows upside down there were dead cockroaches (picture evidence was taken as proof). 2) Electrical connections in the "bathroom" were left completely exposed and not isolated (pictures were for proof). 3) Shower drainage did not work properely. 4) The small boiler did not heat up even after 10 minutes waiting. So we had luke-warm water at best. 5) Upon arrival there was no-one there and noone answered my calls / messages. No check-in instructions were given. 6) We were given a different studio than the one on the pictures we actually rented. We were told that the other one is "not ready" - even though they advertise it. 7) The "studio" is a completely run-down place (imagine an old, broken, overused stuffy cellar with terrible furniture and appliances) in which almost everything is broken: - mattress was small and thin, placed on an old metal springbed - impossible to sleep even for one person. You lie on the mattress and your spine literally presses into metal springs. - door handle of the bathroom fell off - multiple ceiling lights were not working and/or missing - ventilation is non-existent (apart from an old, run-down air-conditioner). After complaints the owner / manager did not reply to any messages and did not offer a refund. Please do not let pictures fool you. Thanks for reading and safe travels.
