The staff at reception and for cleaning were very friendly. We had a loft apartment and almost all equipment looked like new, it felt nice being in the room. The shower was spacious and nicely tiled. Aircon on both levels. Comfortable main bed, good shelf space to put your things. Supermarkets, bakery, gyros take-away place and restaurants all within a 2min walk. All tours we booked had their meeting point within a 10min walking distance.
The noise. The walls are super thin. When other guests are in the hallway it sounds like they are in your room, which was particularly annoying as we had people arrive/leave twice in the middle of the night. You can also hear people in neighboring rooms use the shower or hair dryer. Couldn't hear them talk though. If you are a light sleeper, bring solid earplugs. The kitchenette only has one small, electrical stove so you can't really make your own food unless you have something that can be cooked in one pot.

Very clean, lovely apartment in great location. We only saw the staff when we needed them on checking in & checking out but all times they were very friendly & helpful.
Only slight negative was the sound in the room as we were ground floor apartment & could here people when ever they walked around upstairs
