Quiet. Just a few minutes walk into Burley village . Saw plenty of Forest Ponies just outside and pigs. Good place to be located for cycling and walking in Forest.
Would have liked outside covered/secure area to store bikes and the ability to charge electric bike batteries outside.

Beautiful rooms and the owners and their staff were all lovely. Perfect location, 5 minute slow stroll to the village.

The location was very good just a short walk into Burley village. A lovely peaceful location
The room can be a bit chilly in the evening but there is a heater and heated towel rail in the room and bathroom and it soon warms up , takes the chill off .

Lovely stay in the heart of the New Forest. Nice room with quality furnishings and easy access from main entrance. All the amenities you would expect and a genial host who was both friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of Pannage season (look it up) and had a fantastic view of the forest wildlife. Definitely worth another visit. Breakfast was not included but available from the adjoining cafe - and it was excellent.
Nothing worth commenting on.
