It was a really nice stay overall.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as descbribed. Check-in was seamless, and the host was quick to respond to any questions.

I do NOT recommend this apartment or dealing with this host in any way

I had read many positive reviews and decided to book this apartment for a month. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the floors were dirty and the bathroom drain was completely clogged with hair, so the water didn’t go down. I informed the host about this, but also mentioned that I had no complaints and could solve it myself. However, the host didn’t offer to fix any of these issues, which was surprising. Now about the main drawbacks of the apartment: There is no elevator, and you must climb several flights of stairs to reach the door. This was important for me, but I didn’t notice it in advance. All the windows are covered with film, because the view is directly onto another building located only about 10 meters away, with a road running between them. The apartment is noisy. There is a busy road right under the windows, and you can clearly hear cars and especially loud mopeds at night, which makes it difficult to sleep. Parking is a nightmare. In 8 days, I was never able to park anywhere near the apartment. All spaces are always taken, and I had to spend 15–20 minutes each time searching for a spot, especially in the evening. There are no paid parking options nearby either. There is an open-regime prison located about 500 meters from the property. I also strongly advise against having any business with the host. Due to an injury, we agreed that I would leave the apartment early, he would reopen the dates on Booking, and if he managed to earn money from new reservations, he would compensate me an agreed amount. However, he did not fulfil his part of the agreement. He kept saying there was some sort of error on his side, and even after I waited for a week, he still did nothing. He then accused me of lying — although I have screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation that clearly prove otherwise. I do NOT recommend this apartment or dealing with this host in any way

Le logement est très accueillant,nous nous sentons comme chez soi. Il y a tout le nécessaire. La literie est très confortable. Malgré la rue passante,nous ne sommes pas dérangés par le bruit.

Un peu froid dans le salon le soir.Car sauf erreur de ma part il n'y pas de chauffage. Et dans la chambre lit double le radiateur ne fonctionne pas.
