terrible service: the apartment was filthy, the bedding was filthy, and the location is terrible. It is the worst value

Nothing

"The owner (or person in charge) made me wait outside for over an hour because he thought I hadn't paid for parking (which is charged separately, outside of Booking.com). In reality, I had already paid. Later, he came up with some story about having deleted it from his WhatsApp chat history, awkwardly replying that everything was fine. Overall, terrible service: the apartment was filthy, the bedding was filthy, and the location is terrible. It is the worst value for money possible."

5 / 10

Bare minimum for very short stay

Checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. The presence of a refrigerator. Payment available by card.

The apartment was suffering humidities in the ceiling (bathroom and main room), the views were not at all as in the advertising (instead of views of the city we had an abandoned/ongoing works in front), the table in the kitchen was having signs of past burns. The towels were a bit worn out and small.

Great stay

Good location. Clean and comfortable.

Didn’t like having to pay via PayPal

5 / 10

Mal gusto

Unas bonitas vistas, bonito hotel y cercano a locomoción
