Excellent location, lovely house with everything that you need inside. Warm and cosy . Easy on road car parking
If it was my rental, I would have a toilet upstairs instead of the shower and have a shower in the bath ( or remove the bath and replace with a big walk-in shower )

Location was fantastic. Didn't need car all the time. House was clean and comfortable
Downstairs toilet was a problem. A lamp in living room would be nice as light was harsh.

It was in a great location, near to the sea & Sheringham High Street, also the railway. The property was clean, well maintained and had everything you would need.
The only thing was the lack of a toilet on the first floor, the property could have done with having the toilet there, not on the ground floor.
