About this villa rental
Close to the village, this villa is a real haven of peace in a green setting offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea. Not overlooked, with its private swimming pool, its lush garden, you can relax in peace in the shade of the olive trees. Comfortable and well equipped, it can accommodate 6 people plus a baby in its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.
It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature far from the hustle and bustle but in the heart of the French Riviera.
The house:
House on 2 levels on the hillside.
Upstairs, a very bright living room with a television and a fireplace (insert), a well-equipped American kitchen, a master bedroom with king size bed and its bathroom with bathtub, an office with double sofa bed (not counted in the beds), a separate shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds as well as a large bathroom with bath and shower, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
Baby equipment is available on request.
The maintenance of the pool is entrusted to a professional every week, so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
The house is a 12-minute walk from the historic centre of Tourrettes sur loup, a medieval hilltop village, among the most beautiful in the region. You will find plenty of small shops (bakery, organic and local grocery store, butcher,...).
Only 30 minutes from Nice airport and 40 minutes from Antibes train station, the house benefits from easy access.
A vehicle is recommended to visit the many tourist and cultural sites of the region such as the Maeght Foundation in Saint Paul de Vence.
The region lends itself to outdoor sports: hiking, canyoning, paragliding but also tennis and horse riding are available in Tourrettes.
The golf course of Opio is 17 kms away.
The seafront is easily accessible, the beach of Cagnes sur mer is 18 km away. You can also swim in the river in the Loup which is 12 minutes from the house.
For shopping enthusiasts, a modern shopping mall with cinema, restaurants, shops and casino is 20 minutes away by car.
