The contemporary, high-end accommodation in a single-story house offers 48 m² of living space and is brand new (2025). All comforts: - Large bedroom that can accommodate 2 people in a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a single sofa bed (109x193 cm, 13 cm thick). - Modern, fully equipped living room/kitchen. Sofa bed convertible into a double bed (140x190). Smart TV. Dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave/grill oven, and all necessary equipment are at your disposal. - Bathroom with a bathtub (180x80) and a shower (100x80) with a large washbasin, round illuminated mirror, and adjoining magnifying mirror. - Separate WC. The outdoor area includes: - Heated 3x6m swimming pool, 1.40m deep, surrounded by an exotic wood deck. The pool has a motorized submerged cover that can only be opened and closed by an adult. - Terrace equipped with 2 padded sun loungers, 2 padded sunbeds with leg rests. - An extendable dining table for added comfort, located under a pergola sheltered by a shade sail. - An outdoor lounge area is available for enjoying drinks or simply reading. - At the rear of the house, a griddle and a deep fryer are available for your use. - Outdoor electrical outlets are available. The outdoor spaces are shared. The owners are discreet and available for any requests. Fiber optic internet ensures a high-quality and fast connection throughout the outdoor area. The little extras of the accommodation: - All bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival (towels of various sizes, sheets, duvet covers, kitchen towels, etc.). Please note: Beach towels are not provided. - Free parking outside the villa; electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee.
