Our vacation home in Selb, the “porcelain town,” is perfect for vacations, business trips, or short getaways. Selb is located in the Fichtelgebirge—a popular recreational region featuring forests, granite mountains, and idyllic valleys. The Rosengarten vacation home offers access to well-marked hiking trails that can be reached directly from the house or within a few minutes’ drive. Guests can hike, relax, enjoy cultural activities, or take day trips to the Czech Republic. The area is dog-friendly: a nearby forest lake is perfect for a swim, and several restaurants welcome dogs. We look forward to your visit—and your four-legged companions are welcome, too! The two-story house, featuring an open loft under the roof, includes a spacious living area with an open kitchen, a dining area, and a living room that offers level access to the terrace in the Rosengarten. On the lower floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a washer and dryer. From the kitchen, you can access the pleasantly cool basement, which is ideal for storing beverages and food. The bedroom on the first floor features a double bed with direct access to the bathroom, which includes a bathtub and toilet. The entryway can be used as an office, and a walk-in closet offers plenty of space to store all your luggage. The open loft area features a comfortable queen-size bed that invites you to dream. The garden surrounding the vacation home offers plenty of space for your four-legged friend to run around and play. We’ve also thought of special amenities for your furry friends to ensure their stay is just as pleasant as yours. Food and water bowls, a comfortable sleeping area, and even dog toys are already waiting for your arrival. This vacation home is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. A security deposit of 250.00 EUR is required. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 7.50 EUR per pet per night. Additional fees: Use of the washing machine and dryer by arrangement.
