A cozy and modern atmosphere awaits you in our Citylifestyle apartment. Our apartment offers guests a comfortable place to stay. The vacation rental is located in Dresden’s Blasewitz neighborhood, right near the Elbe River and the “Blue Wonder” bridge. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor and offers plenty of space for 2 people.It’s conveniently close to downtown with all its sights and has good, affordable access to the public transit network via tram lines 6 and 12. It’s just a few tram stops to the city center, the “Blaues Wunder,” or the Elbe River.
You’ll find several restaurants and bistros right on your doorstep, and there are also numerous shopping options nearby, such as a bakery, a liquor store, an organic market, and a butcher shop. In addition, there is a savings bank, a pharmacy, a flower shop, and several fitness centers in the area, some of which offer a sauna and massage services.

The unit is in a nice residential / hospital neighborhood. We stayed for ~5 days. The parking is not free, but only ~16 EUR for 3-days for on-street parking, so very reasonable. We found it easy to take the tram downtown. If we returned to Dresden for ~5+ days again, we would consider staying again. The only downside is it is above an Indian and Kebab restaurants, and periodically you could smell the cooking, but this was not all the time and while noticeable was never strong enough to really be a concern.
