HOUSE 300 meters from the beach of Ayguade.
THIS ACCOMMODATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
- The house overlooks a large pedestrian square with within a radius of 100 meters: Doctor, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacy, bicycle rental, hairdresser, dog groomer, nail salon, wellness, beauty salon.
- Local shops (400 meters): mini-market, bakery, tobacconist (sale of beach accessories and postcards. Ice cream parlours, restaurants.
Large market on Wednesday mornings on the seaside.
Bus stop 150 meters away serving hyeres center, the port, the airport and other beaches.
About 1Km away there are market gardeners.

- VERANDA: 14 m² with table 1 m50 min 2 m50 max + 6 chairs
UPSTAIRS: the access staircase is secured by 1 removable barrier at the bottom and top.
- BEDROOMS:
There are three of them, all equipped with a mosquito net, a 3-speed ceiling fan with remote control. The bedrooms can be locked from the inside.
