• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

• Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.

• Elevator access - easy elevator access is provided.

• Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated for your comfort.

• Security cameras - For safety and security, surveillance cameras operate in the building's common and public areas. A camera is also mounted above the apartment entrance door, facing the parking area.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
