Our apartments at “Annie’s Bergwelt—Your Home in the Bavarian Forest” offer the perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation. They beautifully combine modern design with traditional charm, creating an atmosphere where everyone can feel right at home. With a living area of at least 80 m², the apartments feature spacious living and sleeping areas that offer stunning views of the surrounding nature in the Bavarian Forest. Each apartment features a spacious living area equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, three comfortable sleeping areas with a king-size double bed, two single beds, and a cozy sleeper sofa. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and a separate toilet. Of particular note is the “Nackedei” wellness oasis, which is included in the apartment’s price and offers guests additional comfort. A bedroom with a double bed, a built-in closet, and a panoramic window offering a view of the impressive mountain landscape creates a special vacation atmosphere. The spacious living and sleeping area is furnished with a sleeper sofa and also offers a panoramic view of the mountains. The panoramic balcony invites you to relax and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a rain shower. There is also a separate toilet. The flat-screen TV with radio function, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with baking function, ceramic cooktop, and all kitchen accessories, ensure that you’ll have everything you need. A large solid-wood table and a coffee maker round out the amenities. Of course, Wi-Fi, a safe, underfloor heating, and a free parking space are available. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are accessed via a numeric code, which you will receive well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 20.00 EUR per day/night. If your dog is left alone in the room, please hang the provided dog sign on the room door. Please also note, however, that room cleaning may not be provided. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site. Additional fees: Towel and linens service in the apartments: 5.00 EUR per day; welcome sparkling wine (15.00 EUR); bread roll service: 4.00 EUR per day. Included services: Use of the “Nackedei” sauna area during opening hours, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free bike storage, ski room, electric charging station for your car (available 24 hours a day). Are you celebrating a special occasion with us? Let us know, and we’ll decorate your accommodation upon request. A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
