MAIN FLOOR

Half Bathroom: Conveniently located near the entry.

Bedroom 1: King bed and daybed with trundle. Attached private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Twin bunk bed with trundle and an additional twin bed.

Full Bathroom: Located in the hallway across from Bedroom 1, with a tub/shower combination.

MIDDLE LEVEL

Bedroom 3: King bed.

Bedroom 4: Full bed.

Full Bathroom: Located across the hall from Bedrooms 3 and 4, with a shower.

LOWER LEVEL

Bedroom 5: Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Includes a coffee maker and small sink for added convenience.

Bedroom 6: One king bed and one queen bed.

Full Bathroom: Located between Bedrooms 5 and 6, with a step-in shower and a separate bathtub.

Enjoy the 15 x 30 ft. outdoor heated pool, surrounded by a spacious wraparound deck. It's the perfect setting for sunny afternoons, poolside lounging, and summer fun with your favorite people.

Between the pool, hot tub, screened-in porch, outdoor fireplace, and indoor and outdoor game spaces, you'll find plenty of ways to enjoy every moment of your stay, whether you're planning a family vacation, a group getaway, or a special celebration.

Keyless entry. Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and property, including pool (seasonal), hot tub, deck, yard, and all entertainment areas.

Guests can message us on the booking platform. Chats are monitored during waking hours and we are happy to call if any problems arise.





Driveway: Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.

Parking: Up to 6-8 vehicles can be parked along the tree line, depending on size and how they’re laid out.

Coffee maker: There's a regular drip pot coffee maker at the house for you to use.

There’s a wood burning fireplace on the deck and a fireplace in the living-room. There’s also a fire pit outside. A few pieces of firewood are provided to get you started!

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings, and avoid leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.

Power and Internet: It is not uncommon to lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for the loss of power or internet out of our control.

Pet Friendly: We are pet friendly and host dogs. The pet fee is $100 for one dog, $150 for two dogs and $200 for three pups. If you're planning on bringing more than three dogs, please let us know before booking, as an additional approval may be needed. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup-related damages may apply! Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues.

Strict no smoking, no parties, no fireworks. Please mind the noise ordinance is 10 PM. Other house rules will be on arrival guide.

Please mind that you must be 25 years old to book, and at least one person 25 years old must remain during the stay.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler's insurance.
