About this apartment rental
Our cozy vacation rental for 2–4 people (50 square meters) is well-equipped for a relaxing vacation in the diverse highlands of the Eifel.

- The studio offers the opportunity for creative relaxation, e.g., through painting (with expert guidance).

Our beautiful house (a former farmhouse) is located in the small village of Barweiler, off the main road.
From the large carport (one parking space per unit), it’s just a few steps to the separate entrances for the vacation apartment and guest room. Both are located on the first floor and are equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing stay.
Across the courtyard, you’ll find the garden with seating areas nestled among boxwood hedges, a water feature, and raised perennial beds.
When the weather is nice, our cat Leo will also be there to greet you.
From your accommodations, you can set out directly on hikes around Barweiler. A free charging station is available for your e-bikes.
My ceramics and fine arts studio is also located in the house. If you’re interested in taking a look around or participating in a painting session—either on your own or with fellow travelers—just let me know.
Our vacation apartment and guest rooms are the perfect lodging for attending Nürburgring events (7 km away), serving as a base for tours along various long-distance and loop hiking trails through diverse landscapes with breathtaking views, bike tours, or excursions—for example, to the Ahr Valley with the picturesque town of Ahrweiler, to the maars, to the Rhine and the Moselle, and to the ancient Roman city of Trier.
On-site costs: The price includes final cleaning, towels, and bed linens.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
