Good

The location of the property was great.

Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, and we would have had to pay extra to check in earlier. However, when we arrived at 3:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned at all. The beds were unmade, and there were used towels left by the previous guests in the bathroom and on the beds. Overall, the room was very dirty and clearly not ready for new guests. As a result, we had to wait until 4:00 PM for the room to be cleaned, losing an entire hour of our stay. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering that early check-in would have cost us extra.

Good location with good amenities. Outdoor balcony was a plus.

Spacious and clean. Staff very responsive. Washing machine was a plus.

8 / 10

Very convenient location and good size property with a helpful and friendly staff.

Well located, nicely laid out with good sized rooms and spacious kitchen-lounge area.

Boiler location and construction. Needed to be careful with the hot water as it’s set to very hot.
