Very good place

The host was super friendly and waited for us to handle the keys and the security code. The free parking space included in the price beside the building. Although the building is pretty old , the appartment had been fully renovated and the equipments were shiny new and very practical for us, specially the washing machine. Also there were two TVs available which was very convenient travelling with a teenager . There is a very good pizzeria just below, a large supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is pretty close walking.

The only thing is that there is no elevator.

Everything was as expected. Room was in a really good condition.

Perfect stay in a beautiful apartement, it totally is what we wished for beautiful, convenient, clean, good parking (cha

Beautiful appartement, very convenient , perfect location in Como, close to the highway. Very friendly owner Nicolas welcomed us and advised us to eat a very nice pizza under the appartement. Safe and nice parkingplace next to the appartement building. Coffe and tea was available and water to welcome us. A great stay! A perfect place to stay overnight on our way to our holidayhouse in Le Marche.

It was perfect!

Nice stay

Nice renovated accommodation with all what we needed (dish washer, washing machine, parking place around 3 walk minutes away, etc.). That's also relatively near to the historical center. And the host was really friendly and helpful.

The 71 stairs without elevator are sometimes hard to climb after a hike. This info is currently only available in the ratings. I think it should be written in the official description too.

Ottimo parcheggio per l'auto, comodo anche per auto di grandi dimensioni. Posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro storico e dal lago. Appartamento elegante e pulito con tutti i confort.
