Le Courlis is a charming holiday home ideal for a couple with two children. Adjoining two other properties, it features a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas griddle, as well as a private garden. The house comprises an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob and freestanding electric oven), a dining area and lounge, a small bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a second bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and a single bed (90x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Electric heating. End-of-stay cleaning is available (for a fee). Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day (billed based on meter reading) and heating are not included. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are included in the price. Private parking is available in front of the house. The adjoining gardens are separated by a traditional Gironde-style fence.
