About this house rental
Villa with a garden, sleeps 4–6, with a view of the beach in a quiet neighborhood 2 km from Sperlonga. Large living room with kitchenette and sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, satellite TV, and washing machine. Access to the house is only from the beach. Maximum peace and relaxation. Municipal parking is available near the driveway leading to the beach and the entrance to the house. If you wish, you can rent secure parking spaces just a few meters from the villa’s driveway.

Great proximity to the beach, great restaurants nearby, and free parking! We loved it! FYI… we didn’t care because it was early June, but there is no AC.

Amazing location to be right on the beach. Space was great for our needs. There is a semi private walk way that could be a bit treacherous when coming and going. I would definitely like to come again.

Fabulous time, sperlonga is an intriguing place. The property is about 20 mins walk along the beach from the town or a 5 minute drive. Plenty of bars on the beach for drinks and food.
The property was clean and fairly well maintained outside space is private with plenty of nighttime lighting.
Sun beds and umbrellas for the beach provided.
All provided the peace required to relax and unwind.

We spent one week in Sperlonga during off season. Even if the weather was not perfect we had a very relaxing week in the house at the beach! The location is really unbeatable! The beach right in front of the house and the sound of the ocean the whole day, it was exactly what we were looking for! The garden is really nice with a covered patio, therefore we could spend time outside even when it was raining. The house itself is basic but cosy, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and convinient. The kitchen equipment could need some upgrades (we were missing wine glasses) but that is really just a minor thing. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time.
