If you are looking for a nice spot on the beach, this isn’t it! Dingy, dank, and distressed doesn’t make for a good vaca

Nice views

I don’t understand why none of the reviews mentioned the condition of this property. It is nothing like the pictures. In 20 years of depending on rental properties, this has got to be one of the worst I have experienced. The entire property is run down, but this unit seems to be running down faster than most. The air conditioning is not only noisy, it makes the unit overly humid, causing water damage throughout. Plaster is falling from the ceiling in the “kitchen”, the furniture seems to be found from thrift store rejects, the curtains are falling down, the cheap flooring is dirty, the trim is scuffed, dirty, broken, and overall yucky. The kitchen cabinets are old and rusty, with the exception of the new microwave, the appliances are dirty and rusting, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the spider in the sink waved to say hello, and the Murphy bed that seems oddly stuck in the wall makes me wonder what is really behind there. One immediately fixable item is that one of the beds is broken so the head is lower than the foot. The rental company kindly responded to our concerns before we left early saying we should have let them know so they could fix it. Sadly, this unit will take a lot more than a few handyman tweaks. With all the problems, I have to say, the view is very nice, especially next to the bed (although the bright light shining into the window never goes off). This is the kind of property worth investing in on the part of the owners. For us renters, the price was affordable, but the lesson is, you get what you pay for.

We have never had a bad stay with this company! Enjoy it every time!

Was clean and well stocked Kitchen with all necessities.

Nothing.

The room was nice only a little ac problem.

Great location, spacious, and comfortable

The air conditioner in the bedroom leaked oceans of water. Didn’t get extra towels so had to wash the ones we had a few times which cost extra money.

We ended up leaving a day earlier. I didn’t feel the property was clean enough. There was also a 350.00 security deposit

The view of the ocean was excellent. I loved the nice floor length windows.

The floor was extremely dirty but not to the eye. There was sand on the floor and my 5 year olds son’s feet turned black from walking on it. We constantly reminded him to keep his socks on. The pillow had stains on them. The appeared to be old with however the cases seemed cleaned. I opted to sleep on top of the covers. The bathroom had chipped paint and was very outdated.

Vue spectaculaire, propre. quelque soucis avec l’air climatisé, mais l’agence a rapidement remédié à la situation. Appartement complètement équipée. Nous avons adoré, et n’hésiterais pas à y retourner!

The location was the best. We were able to see the sunrise and watch the tide coming in almost every morning. The hot tubs were very nice and well maintained.

The restaurant was closed for repairs and the coffee shop was never open while we were there. Also, the elevators above the first floor did not have a digital read out so you didn’t know where the elevators were and when it they were going to show up. It could be frustrating at times.
