The host was very communicative and friendly. The apartment, though in an older building, has everything you need for a stay, even laundry detergent! And the location could not be better!!! We did not stay long enough to try all the great restaurants around, literally on the ground floor, but we ate Chimaek fried chicken and beer at Kkanbu and it was sublime, also super friendly manager. Then, another night at Myeongseong on the corner, very casual and very yummy Korean food. You can understand why all the office workers come to this street for lunch and Friday night socializing. Apartment was super quiet and we bought eggs, tomatoes, chips, wine, and milk from the attentive workers at CU, also on the ground floor next to the entrance. I would highly recommend this apartment to guests.

Propriétaire facilement joignable et arrangeant. Des explications très claires. Un studio très fonctionnel avec un bon emplacement. Facile à trouver, proche du métro. Le calme dans l'immeuble. Une supérette au pied du bâtiment accessible par l'intérieur. La literie agréable. De grandes serviettes. Le checkout à 12h00 am.

Manager is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Helpful to facilitate early check in when requested. Safe surroudings, convenient location. Convenience stores just nearby. Walking distance to bus and train stations.

Location cleanliness comfortable warm basic amenities: good handy convenience store downstairs for h20 food supplies. I mainly stayed apartment whole time recovering. Owner very lovely.
Noisey neighbours walls are thin between apartments. Could hear arguments crying next door. One day power cut off due to maintenance Miscommmunication owner re check in : Initially I panicked as I had booked paid for this apartment for day before my flight was due and I arrived 1235am and I wasn’t able to check in early and I was at another country on route Korea so I contacted booking.com who didnt contact me until several days later and they cancelled my booking so potential homeless. However owner allowed me to enter building quietly at 0200hrs. I then had to repay for apartment as booing.com refunded me (within 7 working days) so I had to organise private payment to owner which I just had enough $ in bank as still awaiting booking.com refunds! Booking.com slow response to my accommodation panic.
