We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was stylish, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big, private pool that was perfect for a proper dip, as well as sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. There was plenty of space to walk around, take outfit pictures and enjoy a quiet evening in.
The location was also super convenient, being close to the main area, and having the option to get massages right at the villa was such a bonus!
If you’re thinking of booking this villa, definitely do it, you won’t regret it.

The villa was stunning and just as advertised. The staff were incredible!! They were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and clean. The villa had all the essentials we needed. Staff were very kind and welcoming.
Noise. Our villa had one shared wall with another villa. The wall was very thin and we could clearly hear everything our neighbours were saying when they were talking at a normal volume. It was especially bad in the bedrooms.

It’s very new, spacious and the interior design is very modern but still homey. The beds were super comfortable and the welcome of the two kitties at the reception was a cute surprise
The communication and attention to detail from the staff doesn’t fully match luxury experience that should come with this villa.
Before arriving I asked two times if we could check in early. They said it was no problem if our villa was ready. When we got to the reception I was bluntly told “No, checkin is at 2pm” by one member of staff and then all of a sudden, when this was not mentioned before we had to pay 500.000idr to check in early. We decided to just go out for food and they promised us that they text as soon as the villa was ready. Never got a text…
The pool wasn’t cleaned. I understand that wind can bring in small leaves even after cleaning, but there was a gooey layer stuck over the tiles on the stairs and plateau. The terrace also wasn’t swept.
Lastly; when we left to go for lunch someone (first it was said to be a guest, later the owner??) took one of our helmets and didn’t return it to late in the evening. Maybe it’s a difference in customs, but I think I shouldn’t have to assume someone just randomly takes a helmet when I leave behind my own.
