An OK stay, not much more.

The property was as described in the ad, with a nice view of the seaside and sunset. neatly located near a supermarket, shopping mall and nearby beach points. convenient and easy to park spot in the garage.

Communication with the host was poor, taking several tries to retrieve information. There was only one set of keys, not ideal if two people want to have separate agendas. We were not provided with a key to the bin store, for which we had to leave the refuse bag inside the property. The toilet seat cover in both bathrooms was broken. The hot water is supplied via an accumulator, in which, after emptying the tank, it needs to fill up again and re-warm for hot showers. After a 20m shower, there's not much more left for a family of 4. The cable tv box remote didn't work, so we were left with live TV "locked" into one sports channel. Not much of an issue with us, as we had streaming services to use with the normal tv remote. The dishwasher stopped every time after 10 minutes. So, manual washing all week long. There were no cereal bowls for the kids, only deep plates. There were only two large coffee mugs for breakfast. The outside pool was not regularly maintained - we could notice it turning green a couple of days after our arrival. The roundabout in front of the building is quite noisy. Overall, it felt like the property is not regularly maintained or inspected, merely cleaned before the arrival of new guests.
