It was nice, very clean and very close to the tourist spots around Rome.
The owner was very nice allowing us to arrive at 11:00 instead of the 3:00pm check in time.
The caretaker is also very nice, teaching us where to get the bus, a nice Filipino restaurant, etc.
We stayed Sep 26 to 28. The first night, after we roaming around, one of our friend used the hair blower. the power went off instantly. The the whole house was dark and hot.
I reported it about 11:00 pm, the first time it happened. We got a response around 2:00pm,the following day, saying they” could not find any problem”. Meaning the power were not fixed until we left the 28th early morning.
The stove was not working as well.
The AC is not working, too. It was extremely hot those days.
They only provided 2 toilet tissues for 6 people for 2 nights of stay.
We did not take photos of the place.

La casa molto bella, posizione ottima vicino al Vaticano, servita benissimo dai mezzi, molto pulita.
E' il secondo anno che soggiorniamo in questa casa e quest'anno abbiamo notato delle mancanze che secondo noi potrebbero essere migliorate. Eravamo in 6 persone e ci siamo accordi che l'occorrente per la colazione (l'anno scorso non eravamo organizzati per farla in casa) era per 4 persone, nel primo bagno si sentiva un pò odore di fognatura infatti la finestra si teneva sempre aperta, andrebbe fatta un pò di manutenzione nei bagni (base per appoggiare docciaschiuma e shampoo si sta staccando). Non c'erano coperte sopra i letti e magari aggiungere dei cuscini sarebbe un servizio in più. Inoltre il materasso nella terza camera (vicino al bagno) è troppo molle. Comunque ci siamo trovati bene e a parte delle piccolezze che possono essere migliorate è un casa in cui torneremo sicuramente.

Расположение отличное,в квартире было чисто,белые чистые полотенца+ утюг+ ванные принадлежности!Большим плюсом - 2 хороших магазина рядом. Комнаты просторные,кровати большие+ постельное было чистое.Район спокойный,соседей не слышали вообще.
В общем в соотношении цены- норм. Рекомендую.
Проблема с запахом с ванной комнаты, также жаль ,что нет посудомойки и стиральной машины.
Самое главное, что нет ни шкафа,ни кронштейна в двух комнатах( это ооочень неудобно)
Зеркала только в ванных комнатах ( одно зеркало в гостиной не помешало бы).
В дальней комнате кровать ужасная! В двух остальных- норм. Шторки в ванных комнатах коротковатые- вся вода часто вытекает в корридор . Мало туалетной бумаги маловато.

La temperatura del piso no era confortable. Se encendía por la noche, pero el piso estaba mal aislado y nunca llegaba a calentar la casa. Mucho frío para el mes de enero. Según el anfitrión, cumplían normas de tiempo de calefacción, pero da igual si el calor se pierde por no estar bien aislado. El camino hasta el metro/tren era muy malo y peligroso. 20 minutos andando. No me parece que esté bien comunicado. La puntuación tan alta que tenía este piso no es justa.
