The location is ideal, less than half a block from the main plaza. Also new more comfortable mattresses on all the beds. The rooms are basic but a great value and fantastic location.
Internet connection doesn't work well with a VPN, fine without it.

Coming from England, me and my fiance loved it, the service and everything was great and it was very convenient since someone was always there at the reception on nights we came back late :)
Everything was great

The closeness to the center of the city.
The hotel needs to upgrade in terms of bedsheets, pillows, towels, etc. Make the stay comfortable even if you need to increase your rates.
