Unfortunately, the booking did not work out as expected, and we would have appreciated a suitable solution upon arrival.

The property communicated with us before arrival regarding a room change and responded to our messages.

Before arrival, I specifically asked whether the upgraded room would be suitable for our family of four, and the property confirmed in writing that it would be. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the sleeping arrangements were not suitable for our family. We raised the issue, but no satisfactory solution was found, so we had to arrange alternative accommodation. We did not stay overnight. The subsequent refund process was also disappointing. Be aware that the reality may differ from the attractive photos shown in the listing. Reality photo attached.

Great place as a base for sightseeing. The room is best for only 3 adults just for comfort.

Was very close to lots of convenience stores. Also not far to walk maybe 25min to the famous Dotonbori area. On the way you will find lots of covered malls that go on forever with everything you want to buy.

8 / 10

Good cheap self contained option away from the hustle and bustle.

Small but very well prepared space. Great for a family. Fully equipped kitchen. Mattresses very soft and comfortable. Washing machine a bonus and has balcony with drying rack.

A bit of a walk to the station. The building had a very old and extremely slow and hot elevator.

I asked for a partial refound since we had only stayed a few hours and check out after a few hours -

My family had booked your appart hotel from the 3rd to the 8th September ,Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found that the apartment was much older than we had expected, and the overall condition made our children feel very uncomfortable . As a family, we therefore felt unable to stay and checked out approximately a few hours after checking in We understand that this situation may be inconvenient, and we are not asking for a full refund. However, since we stayed only a few hours and the apartment remained available for the following four days, we would be very grateful if you could kindly consider refunding at least half of the booking amount. As already explained - Even the bed were very low and due to back problems she cannot stay in such a low bed

"The place was excellent. It satisfied our stay, the big bonus I think is the washing machine. It’s very convenient especially for a family of four. The location is just few blocks away from the metro...."
