This is the most delightful property: large and spacious, very well equipped and in a beautiful, quiet location. We loved the space, the comfort, the facilities, the number of bathrooms, the well kitted out kitchen, the view of deer from the kitchen window, the view of swallows from every window, the outside space, ‘The Field’; the ease with which you can get to Watersmeet on foot, the general feeling that this was a home from home not a commercial rental. Well done.

Having to leave it.

Great location, lovely property for our group size (7 of us, but would work for more), really comfortable beds and bedding, everything needed for our stay. For anyone using barbecue, bring large pieces of charcoal or briquettes, as small pieces easily fall through the fire base.

We couldn't find anything negative to say!

Superb, fresh, stylish, spacious, comfortable space.

Nothing.

Beautiful place to stay, well thought out inside & with everything you need for a break in Exmoor. The house is modern, clean, cosy & comfortable… and we didn’t want to leave! Perfect as a base for the weekend exploring the area. Thanks for having us!
