Not great at all, lots of issues with the property.

The location is okay

Our stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. Upon arrival, the kitchen was plagued by nonstop beeping caused by an electrical problem, forcing us to turn off the mains. The electrician only arrived the next day and was unable to fix the issue, leaving two sockets unusable for the entire stay—one for the toaster and one for the kettle. The host also failed to mention the three flights of stairs we had to climb each time, which was especially difficult since one of our family members had an injured foot from cycling the Camino de Santiago the week before; it turned the stay into a nightmare. Parking was a major hassle. We couldn't get a definitive solution, so every 2.5 hours we had to rush to pay for parking, which resulted in us arriving late and incurring a fine of up to 150 euros. The bathroom was uncomfortable, with toilet seats that do not fit properly and move when used. We also encountered cockroaches in the flat, particularly in the living room and kitchen, which I reported to the cleaning lady. While the location of the flat is great, the stairs significantly detracted from our enjoyment. The management seems overwhelmed, as the flat is part of a large property empire with 40 staff managing 400 properties—it's hard to imagine how they keep up. I paid over 933 euros for a week in Portugal for this experience, and frankly, I would prefer to stay in a hotel next time. Additionally, the hot water was inconsistent in the shower, and nothing was done to fix it during our stay. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I documented all the issues to be accurate. My wife is involved in managed properties and thought this was just volume by demand which allows then to get away with it.

Las vistas desde la terraza eran bonitas. Además estaba cerca del centro y de un supermercado grande.

La barra de la cortina de la cocina estaba tirada en el suelo, se lo dijimos y dijeron que vendrían a arreglarlo, pero no llegaron a venir. Cuando llegamos tampoco sabíamos que piso era ni el código para entrar, tuvimos que llamar un par de veces para solucionarlo
