The apartment was exceptionally clean and well organised and equipped for a short stay. The location was very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the train station and from the inner city. There are grocery shops and a bakery in a few minutes walk. Everything worked orderly and we could check in a few hours earlier which we were very grateful to. The bathroom is very spacious and the hot water was always ready. The washing machine was very simple to use and clothes airer was provided with pegs so everything dried quickly. The air conditioner worked well.
I’m writing these few things just because personally for us it would have mattered more if we would’ve known before booking.
The host is lovely and helpful but she didn’t respond quickly enough (sometimes it took hours), luckily we didn’t have an urgent situation to deal with.
We requested the towels to be changed because they were very tatty and looked and felt very old - unfortunately the replacement was just the same. It’s a shame that this newly furnished apartment lets itself down with providing towels that were used and washed probably more times than they should’ve been. We weren’t expecting five stars hotel quality but personally I would never give towels like these to my guests.
We found the mattress very uncomfortable because it was very soft - if you like very soft memory foam mattress you will be fine.
The last thing is the noise. The apartment is noisy… not terrible but we woke up in the middle of the night for people shouting on the streets around - every night. We live in a very quiet area so other people could be absolutely fine with this.
Because of the above things I wouldn’t book this particular apartment again but these are all personal experiences and preferences.
