Proceed with caution

Nothing to mention, just the roof over your head

"Free Parking” advertised but caused real problems Despite parking being a headline feature of the listing, the designated space (G122.BP — note the listing referenced a different code entirely, G1222.BP, causing confusion from day one) was never clearly explained. We were charged €8.50 to exit the garage due to a card/system issue that was never resolved despite repeated requests, photos sent, and days of back-and-forth. We ended up having to personally verify the parking situation ourselves with no real support from the host. Minimal, slow, and unhelpful communication Every issue raised was met with deflection — requests for us to send photographic “proof” of problems that were clearly the property’s responsibility to know and fix, vague promises to “check with the maintenance team,” and no follow-through. Simple questions (where to park, how to solve a billing error) took multiple days and a dozen messages to get a non-answer. Kitchen essentially unusable for basic self-catering The kitchen lacked basic equipment guests would reasonably expect — no cleaning supplies, very few dishes, and special coffee machine capsules are not sold locally in the regular supermarkets, the only stockists are specialty shops a long drive away in Bratislava. If you plan to cook or make coffee, come fully stocked yourself. Sofa bed not fit for sleeping The listing states it sleeps three, including a sofa bed, but there is no mattress topper of any kind — guests are expected to sleep directly on the bare sofa surface. The host confirmed no topper exists for this unit at all. Broken bathroom fixtures The towel dryer in the bathroom did not work for the entire stay. When flagged, the host’s response was simply that maintenance would be contacted “when available” — no timeline, no fix, no alternative offered. We were left with nowhere to dry wet towels for a full week.

good location, good space, but a few small things that spoil the overall impression

Position

-really cheap couch -broken toilet -bad shading

Very nice time in very nice place

Very good localisation, space and quipment in the apartment, available internal parking

Challenged access to the apartment from parking zone ( not enough description )

Nagyon csendes, nagyon kényelmes!

A lakás nagyon jó helyen van, pár buszmegálló csak a belvárostól. Nagyon csendes! Az ágyak és a kihúzható kanapé is rendkívül kényelmes! A tisztaság is külön említést érdemel! Szívesen visszamegyünk legközelebb is!

Konyhai felszerelés lehetett volna több (pl sörnyitó, bornyitó, sajtreszelő), illetve furcsa, hogy a konyhában nem volt melegvíz.
